What do you do?

I work with all of our Regional Leaders, helping them maximise the growth of each region and ensuring each of our regions feels connected and consistent in its approach.

Why do you do it?

I’ve been with CP for almost my entire working life. Nothing beats seeing the firm grow and develop by attracting and retaining great people and great clients.

I am immensely proud of CP, our people, our unique culture and our many wonderful clients.

Seeing our next generation grow and develop is hugely rewarding and a big reason why I still do what I do.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I’m a Chartered Accountant and looked after a wide range of clients for many years.

I’m now internally focused helping the firm build and develop from the inside.

Plenty of experience over many years with CP, good and bad, helps me bring a unique perspective to our business.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

Staying healthy, seeing my grandchildren grow and more travelling with my wife and family.
