What do you do?

I help organisations address their finance challenges through people. By partnering with businesses, I identify and attract exceptional finance leaders from the external market who can drive strategic growth and operational excellence. Drawing on an extensive senior finance network, I ensure every appointment aligns with the organisation’s goals, values, and culture. I also work closely with candidates to secure opportunities that support their professional development and long-term career ambitions, creating meaningful results for both individuals and businesses. 

Why do you do it?

Moving into Financial Recruitment position after more than a decade in finance (two years in industry and nine in practice) was never in my life plan, but I was ready for a new challenge. When I met Hutcheon Mearns as a candidate, I was drawn to its bold, disruptive approach to finance recruitment. Joining the team allowed me to combine my technical background with my network of clients and candidates in a way that truly made a difference. 

What started as a career shift quickly became a passion — helping people realise their potential and connecting businesses with the talent they need to thrive. Through CP, I’m proud to build on that success at an even greater scale. 

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I have helped secure senior finance talent across the UK and UAE, supporting organisations to plan and build high-performing finance teams. I have also guided individuals to achieve key career milestones, advancing both their professional growth and personal development. Additionally, I act as a conduit between recruitment and other BSO service lines — including interim specialists, outsourced finance, and business intelligence that enables clients to address complex finance challenges from both strategic and operational perspectives.  

What’s on top of your bucket list?

Blasting a Porsche 911 GT3 RS around the Nürburgring!  As a car enthusiast, experiencing a Porsche GT product in its element would be the ultimate for me.
