I’m a corporate solicitor, specialising in solvent restructuring, with experience in Company Law advice, corporate governance and M&A work. I help owner-managed SMEs navigate complex legal matters, always aiming to understand their priorities and simplify the process. By collaborating closely with our other CP advisors, I make sure legal solutions are clear, practical and aligned with their goals.  

WHY DO YOU DO IT?

I love the combination of complex technical problem-solving and the opportunity to meet the people behind the business. Understanding what drives them and helping translate their ambitions into practical outcomes is what makes this work so rewarding. 

WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN?

I’ve worked on a mix of challenging solvent reorganisations following tax planning as well as projects where supporting clients through complex processes is key. The most satisfying moments are delivering clean, efficient solutions that make a real difference to how a business operates. 

WHATS ON TOP OF YOUR BUCKET LIST?

Travelling whenever I can! I’m usually somewhere between a recent trip and planning the next one, always with good food, culture and exploration at the top of the list.
