What do you do?

My role is ultimately about protecting both our clients and our business, creating an environment where people can thrive with confidence. I love being able to build trust through transparency, helping clients feel secure and supported, while empowering our people to do their best work and achieve success.

Why do you do it?

I’ve spent my entire career in Financial Services, working with clients, supporting and developing people and partnering with Boards and CEOs to drive positive outcomes. What excites me about my role at Cooper Parry Wealth is that it brings together all the elements I’ve enjoyed most throughout my career. It’s a role that is both strategic and people-focused, constantly evolving and presenting new challenges, which is exactly what keeps me motivated.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I’ve been fortunate to be involved in some of the most exciting and transformational projects across the business. These have included supporting M&A activity to help accelerate our growth, introducing new products and services to enhance the value we deliver to clients and developing our people to ensure we have the skills and capabilities needed for the future.

What’s top of your bucket list?

Trip to the Galapagos Islands – I love to explore…there’s a big world out there…along with the kids and hubby too of course.
