What do you do?

I head up Managed Services for the NetSuite practice, focusing on reliable delivery, scalable services, and strong client outcomes.

Why do you do it?

My background was originally in project management, having started in the NHS. I fell into working with NetSuite and haven’t looked back! My work became more and more finance focused, and while I’m not a qualified accountant, I have loved supporting finance teams in solving their technical issues and grow their operations. Now in the Managed Services space, I really enjoy building long-term relationships with our clients, and supporting them in their growth over years. No two days are the same! Doing it at Cooper Parry makes it even better—the ambition, trust, and people‑first culture create the perfect environment to grow something meaningful.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

During my time at MacroFin, and now as part of Cooper Parry Digital, I’ve worked on complex global implementation projects and developed solutions designed to streamline and accelerate month-end processes for our clients. Alongside this, I’ve supported a wide range of managed service clients, delivering everything from small but impactful customisations that save hours of time, to on-site training sessions — all with the shared goal of helping clients get as much value (and enjoyment!) from NetSuite as we do.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

Hopefully very achievable – but I want to get my two young boys to Disneyland in Paris. I remember going for my 4th birthday (yes really, I remember it!) and it was so magical. Driving up and seeing the big pink castle, seeing Cinderella in the parade, buying a Sleeping Beauty dress in the shop… treasured memories. I can’t wait to share the same magic with my kids.
