As a Corporate Finance Analyst at Cooper Parry, I play a key role in supporting clients through the sale of their businesses. My work spans the full deal lifecycle—from preparing detailed financial data books and sales documentation to conducting in-depth buyer research. I collaborate closely with our team to deliver exceptional outcomes while continuously learning and contributing to innovative solutions. Beyond transaction support, I’m actively involved in business development initiatives, including market mapping, writing insightful market reports, and identifying new opportunities. This blend of analytical rigor and strategic thinking allows me to help clients navigate complex processes and achieve their goals.

I thrive on challenging, intellectually stimulating work that combines problem-solving with strategic thinking. Every project gives me the chance to explore new sectors and markets, apply analytical skills, and make a tangible impact on clients’ lives. There’s real satisfaction in helping business owners achieve their goals and seeing the results of our work. With a degree in Economics, corporate finance was a natural progression from university—one that perfectly blends my passion for numbers with the human side of deal-making. 

WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN?

I’ve worked on a diverse range of projects across both sell-side and buy-side transactions. These have included businesses in sectors such as regulatory technology, healthcare, and automotive repair. Having the opportunity to work with such varied industries not only broadens my understanding of the business landscape but also strengthens my analytical and strategic skills. This experience is invaluable as I progress toward achieving my ACCA qualification. 

WHATS ON TOP OF YOUR BUCKET LIST?

Travel is my ultimate passion, so my bucket list is packed with adventures. Top of the list? Spending a few months touring South America—soaking up the culture, food, and incredible scenery. I’m also obsessed with Asia, so any chance to tick off new destinations there is a big win for me. Basically, if it involves exploring somewhere new, sign me up!
