WHAT DO YOU DO?

Our team helps businesses raise finance to support growth, either organic growth or growth through acquisitions. We regularly work with a range of businesses in different sectors across the UK who are going through some step-change in what they are doing and need capital to help finance that. Our specialist knowledge of the debt market ensures our clients get the best possible terms. We are usually raising between £5m and £50m of finance. 

WHY DO YOU DO IT?

All of the partners and directors within the team have all been lenders in the past. We have a passion and enthusiasm for advising clients and watch them grow from the finance that we helped them raise. CP allows are team the flexibility to scope our engagements to fit the situation rather than be too fixed in our approach like some other firms. 

WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN?

Financing European expansion, financing growth for loss making, but high growth tech platforms (a specialism of ours). We don’t specialise in sectors, we specialise in situations – financing growth and knowing where to go for the best possible deal.
