What do you do?

My role is to facilitate the smooth landing of our awesome acquired companies into Cooper Parry. To make this happen we roll out an adaptable Integration playbook to manage the integration of acquired teams, drive combined sales and reduce operational friction.

Why do you do it?

Since joining CP last year we have brought in Haines Watts Reading and UHY Manchester which now are the foundations of our Thames Valley and Manchester hubs. We have also built a CP Digital services practice comprising Cloud Orca, Macrofin and Front foot data. This has given us regional muscle and exciting new capabilities to sell to our clients!

Travel more around North and South America- so many incredible cultures and places to see.
