I am Senior Manager. I help companies realise the innovation they have undertaken. I also help my team by providing them with some guidance and some help along the way.

WHY DO YOU DO IT?

Starting in a software development role, I wanted a change. This came in the form of a consulting role that I did not know much about, however, the idea of it was interesting. Many years later, I am still doing it.

WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVLOVED IN?

The premise is the same for all organisations, compile a R&D report for submission to the government. However, the innovative activities vary drastically due to the companies we work with. I may be talking about a nuclear power station in one meeting and then discuss stock markets in the next. The change in industries and legislative landscape keeps things interesting.
