What do you do?

As the leader of our Digital Transformation capability, my role is always varied. I work with our clients to tackle their most complex challenges—whether that involves defining IT strategy, driving optimisation, recovering/delivering large-scale ERP programmes, or advising the C-suite on the steps they need to take.

I’m fortunate to work alongside a talented team who support clients through a wide range of projects. Supporting our people—being there to offer guidance, share experience, and help them grow—is just as important as delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Why do you do it?

I’ve worked in consulting for more than 25 years, across the Big 4 and boutique firms, helping corporate and private equity–backed organisations better leverage technology. Joining Embracent gave me the opportunity to truly get involved—being hands-on with clients while also building and developing a great team and growing a business with values I genuinely believe in.

Now, as part of CP Digital, we can work within a fantastic company with huge potential. Together, we can support an even wider range of clients while continuing to develop a team whose expertise continues to grow and diversify.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I began my career in SAP and have since worked around the world delivering programmes for global clients.

I’ve led large-scale, multi-year digital transformations, including ERP and CRM implementations, IT operating model redesigns, turnaround of failing programmes, and IT due diligence and value creation for private equity portfolio companies.

No matter the challenge, my focus is simple: work collaboratively, do the right thing, and deliver high-impact results.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

I quite fancy travelling to see Northern Ireland in America for the 2026 world cup, but given that may be more of a fantasy than reality, I’ll settle for hiking the Inca trail to see Machu Pichu.
