What do you do?

I’m a naturally curious (or just plain nosy, as my friends would say) problem-solver who loves driving efficiency, optimising processes, and challenging the status quo. With a background in finance operations, I’ve built my career around asking the tough questions, the ones no one else wants to and using the answers to help businesses work smarter.

As a Partner and Head of Digital & Business Management, I ensure our operational infrastructure is built for growth. I lead digital transformation projects, streamline processes, and tackle resourcing challenges, always looking at how people, processes, and technology connect to drive real impact.

I love digging into the numbers the patterns, the trends, and the stories behind them to unlock new efficiencies and increase margin growth. Every improvement must translate into real, tangible value.

For me, the future is everything. Just because something works today doesn’t mean it’s right for tomorrow. I thrive on challenging what’s next, pushing for smarter ways of working, and ensuring the business is always set up to thrive.

Why do you do it?

Honestly? I probably fell into it, one spreadsheet at a time. But somewhere between balancing the numbers and asking way too many questions, I realised I love it. There’s something weirdly satisfying about spotting inefficiencies, fixing them, and watching everything run smoother (and more profitably) because of it.

Do I love working at CP? Absolutely. It’s fast, fun, and full of people who challenge me to be better. Do I like spreadsheets? Let’s just say Excel and I have a complicated relationship. I love the insights, but those formulas have definitely tested my patience (and sanity) more than once!

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I’ve been involved in a range of transformation projects, all focused on making CP more efficient, scalable, and future-ready. My work blends technology, operations, and people strategy to drive real impact.

These projects help us scale faster, cut inefficiencies, and boost productivity through smarter tech, automation, and resource strategies. I love building infrastructure that keeps businesses ahead of the curve.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

Kilimanjaro is top of my bucket list because, well… why not throw myself at a challenge that involves exhaustion, altitude sickness, and a questionable sense of adventure? It’s the ultimate test of grit, determination, and whether my legs actually work at 19,000ft.

It’s not just about the climb, it’s about proving to myself that I can take on anything. Plus, the view at the top? Worth every blister. Bring it on!
