What do you do?

I’m a Talent Acquisition Partner for Cooper Parry Digital & Wealth. In simple terms, I help find and attract great people to join our teams. I spend a lot of time talking to candidates and hiring managers, understanding what they’re looking for, and matching the right people to the right opportunities. It’s a bit like matchmaking, but for jobs! I love meeting new people, building relationships, and helping people find roles where they can thrive.

Why do you do it?

I definitely fell into Talent Acquisition rather than planning it! What keeps me in it is the people side of the role. I love getting to know candidates, understanding what motivates them, and helping them find opportunities that are right for them. There’s nothing better than seeing someone join CP and knowing you’ve helped them take the next step in their career. One of the things I enjoy most about working at CP is being surrounded by brilliant people who genuinely care about each other and the work they do.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I’ve been lucky enough to support CP Digital through a really exciting period of growth. When I joined, we were at the beginning of the journey, and since then I’ve helped recruit the talented people needed to build and scale our teams. Seeing CP Digital go to market and continue to grow has been incredibly rewarding. More recently, I’ve supported the launch of our Associate Network across CP Digital, helping create new ways for us to access specialist talent and deliver even greater value to our clients. It’s been great to play a part in building something that’s making a real impact and helping shape the future direction of the business. 🚀

What’s top of your bucket list?

Honestly, it’s hard to choose just one thing! I love travelling, so my bucket list keeps getting longer. Right now, visiting Zanzibar and going on a safari is high on my list, while Japan during cherry blossom season is another dream trip I’d love to do.
