What do you do?

Hire graduates, school leavers and placement students into apprenticeship/trainee positions within Cooper Parry. Set up and run events with schools, colleges and universities across the UK.

Why do you do it?

I love supporting young people into their first career, it is so rewarding knowing you have helped someone get that job. I was an apprentice myself 11-12 years ago so I know how valuable apprenticeships are and how they can help kickstart your career, help build confidence and grow as a person. I also love being involved in organising events with schools and universities and talking to students about their career aspirations.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

Women in Finance has been an amazing event to be involved in, I have loved seeing women come in the door, building confidence in succeeding in their careers. Hearing the career journey’s of some of our professional women in Cooper Parry has been so aspiring to hear!

What’s top of your bucket list?

Travel to Japan, it is an incredible country and has so much advanced technology. It would be amazing to be able to see that in person!
