I advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, group reorganisations, fundraisings and corporate advisory work. I have experience advising both private and public companies throughout their business life cycle – from incorporation through to sale, IPO or other exit events.

I enjoy working on transactions with a clear commercial purpose and tangible outcomes, helping clients navigate complexity and get deals over the line in a way that works for their business. 

WHAT KIND OF SPECIAL PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN?

I have been involved in a wide variety of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations and equity fundraising, acting for companies across a variety of sectors. This experience allows me to provide clear, practical advice, anticipate issues before they arise and help clients progress transactions efficiently. 

WHATS ON TOP OF YOUR BUCKET LIST?

Travelling to Japan is at the top of my bucket list, particularly for the opportunity to experience the food, culture and cities first hand.
