WHAT DO YOU DO?

As an Associate Director in the TS team I support clients through acquisitions, disposals and other investment processes by carrying out financial due diligence.

We help our clients identify key risks and make informed decisions throughout M&A processes. By translating detailed financial information into clear commercial insight to support their deal strategy and negotiations.

WHY DO YOU DO IT?

I first joined transaction services on the KPMG graduate scheme, I’ve always valued the varied nature of transactions meaning that each day is different with its own unique challenges. As well as the opportunity to work with ambitious investors and management teams and assist them in making confident decisions that genuinely influence deal outcomes. Moving to Cooper Parry felt like the next natural step giving me the opportunity to provide a hands on impact for clients.

WHAT KIND OF SPECIAL PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN?

I’ve worked on a broad range of transactions encompassing a wide range of industries including industrials, automotive, retail and tech businesses across both buy-side and sell-side engagements. I particularly enjoy drawing on my experience across my TS career and during my time at Aston Martin to deliver value on transactions.

WHATS ON TOP OF YOUR BUCKET LIST?

I’ve always played tennis and would love to play on grass courts one day, ideally at Wimbledon although it’s unlikely I’ll ever get that opportunity! I’m also trying to arrange a trip to the Galapagos islands in the near future as I have always enjoyed wildlife holidays having previously been on safari in Botswana and Sri Lanka.
