What do you do?

I help businesses and shareholders navigate the process of raising debt funding, whether that’s to support growth, fund an acquisition, refinance existing debt or deliver a shareholder restructure. In simple terms, I help companies understand what funding options are available, how lenders are likely to view them, and how to position their story in the best possible way. 

WhY do you do IT?

What I enjoy is that every deal has a different story behind it. It’s never just about the numbers; it’s about understanding what a business is trying to achieve, what matters to the stakeholders, and how the right debt structure can help them get there. I enjoy taking something that can feel complicated and making it clearer, more manageable and more useful for clients. 

WhAT KINDS OF PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN?

We work on a range of transactions, from PE-backed buyouts to refinances for growing owner-managed businesses and much more.  

WhAT’S ON TOP OF YOUR BUCKET LIST? 

I’d love to enjoy a family break on a camping safari somewhere in Kenya. I visited years ago and would love for my children to have the same experience.
