Let’s talk today
Want us to call you? Let’s start a conversation!
What do you do?
I help complete personal tax returns for clients whilst also providing advice to private clients on a variety of matters including income tax and IHT planning.
I’m also a football referee on weekends, which obviously brings its own joys/challenges.
Why do you do it?
Like so many others in the field, I somewhat ‘fell’ into tax after interviewing for an admin role at another accountancy firm. Once I started learning more about tax and dealing with all sorts of different people/scenarios, I was hooked. I’ve always enjoyed problem solving and that’s why I enjoy the job.
What kind of projects have you been involved with?
I enjoy and get involved in many aspects of tax but I regularly get involved in remuneration planning to help clients get the most out of their business in a tax efficient manner. I also assist with estate planning to help families pass on their wealth efficiently for future generations.
What’s on top of your bucket list?
I like the idea of pushing myself to the limit and so I’ve always wanted to complete an Ironman triathlon.
A lot of training would be needed, so it might just be simpler to do a skydive!
