Our People

Jonathan Harryman

  • Technical Director

What do you do?

As Technical Director, I’m responsible for setting the technical direction of our Salesforce practice. That means working with our consultants and developers to define engineering standards, tooling and delivery processes, while supporting solution design across our most complex client engagements.

Alongside leading our Revenue Cloud and MuleSoft practices, I mentor our development team, help shape our technical capability, and work closely with clients to ensure the solutions we design are scalable, secure and built for the long term.

Why do you do it?

I’ve always enjoyed solving problems and understanding how things work. Technology gives you the opportunity to tackle something different every day, whether that’s designing an architecture for a global transformation, helping a developer work through a complex challenge, or finding a simpler way to solve a business problem.

What I enjoy most is the variety. I get to work with talented people, solve genuinely interesting technical challenges and help shape how we deliver as a business. Seeing both our team and our clients succeed is what keeps me motivated.

What kind of projects are you involved in?

Over the years I’ve worked with organisations across financial services, insurance, healthcare, technology, manufacturing and many other industries, helping them get the most from the Salesforce platform. I’ve been fortunate to work with well-known organisations including GoCardless & Revolut, supporting everything from enterprise CRM transformations and large-scale integrations to complex solution architecture and platform strategy.

Today, my focus is less on delivering individual projects and more on providing technical leadership across the practice. I support our teams on the most complex technical challenges, help define solution approaches, and ensure we’re delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that continue to create value long after go-live.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

I’ve always loved adventure and anything that gets the adrenaline going, so skydiving is right at the top of my bucket list. There’s something exciting about pushing yourself outside your comfort zone and trying experiences that you’ll remember for the rest of your life.

Closer to home, I spend most of my spare time out with my dogs. Whether it’s finding new walking routes or simply getting outside after a day of technical design sessions, it’s the perfect way to switch off.
