What do you do?
As part of the leadership team in the service charge department, I work closely with the manager to ensure exceptional client portfolio management. I’m passionate about driving growth by delivering outstanding service charge compliance and offering tailored, value-added services that elevate each client’s experience. I believe in a personalised approach, ensuring every client feels valued and unique.
Why do you do it?
From the moment I set my sights on becoming a Chartered Accountant, I never imagined it would lead me to the world of service charge. Yet, after 12 years with property managing agents and audit firms, I couldn’t imagine being without it.
I thrive on the variety of work that comes my way and love how each development brings its own unique charm. Most importantly, I take pride in seeing our team’s hands-on service transform how our clients deliver to their customers, enhancing everyone’s experience.
What kind of projects have you been involved in?
I’m actively involved in various projects across the service charge team, from delivering internal and external compliance training to supporting clients in securing major pitches. I’m passionate about being hands-on with our clients, working as an extension of their team but without the added cost. This approach helps us build strong partnerships, enabling us to work together more efficiently and effectively.
What’s on top of your bucket list?
At the top of my bucket list is visiting New York at Christmas to see the Rockefeller tree. Christmas is such a magical time for me, especially spending it with my two little boys. We always have the most amazing time together, and I know seeing that iconic tree would light up their eyes. It’s been a childhood dream of mine, and I can’t wait to experience it with them.
