What DO YOU DO? 

I lead the Client Services team, creating an environment where people can thrive, develop, and exceed their goals. I’m passionate about supporting the team to be successful while ensuring they have the opportunities, tools, and guidance they need to perform at their best.

At the same time, I focus on the operational side of the business and ensuring we deliver an exceptional experience for our clients. Whether that’s through day-to-day interactions, improving processes, or proactively identifying opportunities to do things better, I’m always looking for ways to enhance the service we provide.

WhY DO YOU DO IT?

I completely fell into Wealth Management, but it quickly became a career I’m passionate about. Supporting people, continuously learning, and finding better ways of doing what we do, are all things that motivate me and align closely with my strengths.

What I enjoy most is the opportunity to make things better, whether that’s for our clients, our teams, or the wider business. At CP, every day brings new challenges and opportunities, and it’s that variety, along with the chance to drive positive change and help others succeed, that keeps me motivated and excited about what I do.

WhAT KINDS OF PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN?

The variety of projects I’m involved in is one of the most exciting parts of my role. I get to work with incredibly talented people across the business, learn from their expertise, play a part in bringing ideas to life and making things happen!

From operational change, technology and process improvements, to the client experience, as well as integrations, training, mentoring, and coaching, no two projects are ever the same.

I’m also passionate about initiatives that support our people, including Early Careers programmes, Women in Finance, and Mental Health First Aid. If there’s an opportunity to contribute, support others, and help drive positive change, I’m always keen to get involved.

WhAT’S ON TOP OF YOUR BUCKET LIST?

Anything travel related, even better if there are animals to see and new cuisines to try… next on the list is South & Central America. I’d love to visit the Galápagos & the Amazon to see all of the Wildlife. Followed by an African Safari for the Great Migration and ‘Big 5’.
