What do you do?

I help businesses make sense of their finances and give confidence that the numbers they’re reporting are accurate. I work in various sectors and spend my time getting to know my clients and how their businesses work, understanding the challenges they face, and making sure stakeholders can trust the financial information they’re using to make decisions.

Why do you do it?

Audit is about more than just numbers, it’s about people. I enjoy building long-term relationships with clients, supporting them through different phases, and becoming a trusted adviser along the way. I’m professionally curious by nature. I enjoy understanding how businesses work and meeting passionate people. Every day is a school day as no two businesses are the same. I am always learning something new.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I work with organisations of all shapes and sizes, from local businesses to international groups, across sectors including education, legal, not-for-profit and manufacturing. The benefit I bring is not just completing the audit, but really understanding how each organisation operates. This allows me to offer meaningful challenge, share insights from working with similar businesses, and help clients build trust in their financial reporting.

What’s top of your bucket list?

At the top of my bucket list is exploring more of America. It’s such a diverse country, with each region offering its own culture, landscapes and experiences. I’d love the opportunity to see more of it and gain a deeper understanding of the people and the different communities.
