What do you do?

I’m an Associate Director in the Transaction Services team in London, working with both corporate and private equity clients on potential deals. In simple terms, I dive into the numbers, highlight any risks or opportunities, and present it all in a clear, no-nonsense way so our clients can make smart and confident decisions.

Why do you do it?

I’ve always enjoyed problem – solving and helping businesses navigate big decisions. There’s a real buzz in knowing our work has a tangible impact. Plus, I’m lucky to be surrounded by a brilliant team – being able to learn from experienced, sharp-minded people is a big part of what keeps me motivated.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I’ve worked on a wide variety of transactions – everything from corporate buyouts to private equity investments – across sectors like tech, manufacturing, and business services, where I had an exposure to such a diverse range of businesses. It’s exciting, fast-paced, and no two projects are the same. For clients, it means they get insights that are tailored, commercially aware, and grounded in experience.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

I’ve always wanted to take a panoramic train trip across Canada – those glass-domed carriages where you can just sit back, coffee in hand, and watch the scenery change from mountains to forests to endless plains. It’s a chance to unplug, reflect, and just enjoy the ride.
