What do you do?

As a Recruitment Manager I work closely with clients adopting a consultative and relationship-led approach, I focus on creating value, building trust, and facilitating successful, lasting partnerships between finance professionals and clients. I source, screen, and interview qualified finance professionals to match them and their career aspirations with opportunities which will enable them to achieve their professional goals.

I provide clients with data-driven insights on market conditions, salary trends, and hiring strategies to support informed, long-term decisions. For candidates, I offer tailored career guidance, interview preparation, and ongoing support to ensure their next role aligns with their professional ambitions.

I work with a diverse range of clients, from privately owned businesses and SMEs to private equity–backed global companies, across sectors including construction, industrial gases, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, education, energy & energy transition, marine infrastructure, oil and gas services, and exploration and production (E&P).

Why do you do it?

I thrive in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic environment and love working within a project-based role. One of my strengths is building relationships with clients and colleagues and I enjoy providing a market leading service by connecting exceptional talent with a diverse client base.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

During my career I’ve gained experience within the corporate finance team supporting with buy and sell side mandates, as well as our internal accounting team, and have supported the implementation of a new ERP system and subsequent data migration.

I specialise in the recruitment of accountancy and finance professionals, targeted towards part qualified and qualified accountants looking for mid-level to senior finance roles. As a taste of the roles I’ve worked on, I have sourced a Financial Controller for a high growth PE backed oil services business, as well as worked with an expanding E&P business to source a qualified accountant as Corporate Finance Analyst. Additionally, I have supported a privately owned business source an interim Financial Controller to support the business’ medium-term objective to prepare for an exit, support the CFO, and work closely with business unit leaders and the CEO.

Each placement is fundamental in supporting our clients finance team to complete their routine tasks which is instrumental to the wider business to support it to achieve its strategic objectives.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

I’ve planned a five-day adventure to Machu Picchu to explore Cusco and the Sacred Valley to watch the sunset over ancient ruins and stargaze in the clear Andean skies. Then hike the famous Inca Trail through breathtaking mountains and cloud forests, camping under a sky full of stars. The highlight will be reaching Machu Picchu at sunrise to watch the first light hit the lost city of the Incas. It will be the perfect mix of hiking, history, and awe-inspiring nature.
