I look after everything required for the McDonald’s franchisees from annual compliance to more complex areas

Why do you do it?

I absolutely love what I do, from the interaction with the team to day to day communications with the clients. I love that every day is very different, scenarios vary greatly and it genuinely pushes me to be better each and every day.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

Sale of a business – from completion of compliance, valuations of the business/stores, to handing over to an Insolvency Practitioner. Ongoing daily support to each and every franchisee Assisting the franchisor with brand protection and ongoing advice on all areas of compliance.

What’s top of your bucket list?

To fly in a Spitfire – I always wanted to be a pilot in the RAF
