What do you do?

I’m a commercially focused business advisor who helps ambitious companies make confident, informed decisions and unlock their next phase of growth. My approach is rooted in data-driven, actionable insight, but it’s never just about the numbers. It’s about understanding the story behind them and using that insight to shape the future.

I’ve worked across a broad range of sectors, with a particular passion for renewable energy and sustainability. Having previously been part of a fast-growing renewable energy business myself, I know first-hand what it takes to scale, adapt, and make big decisions under pressure. That experience allows me to offer practical, grounded advice, not just theory.

Building long-term relationships is at the heart of what I do. I see myself as a trusted partner to the businesses I work with, supporting them through challenges, opportunities, and everything in between.

Why do you do it?

I’ve always had a natural affinity for numbers, but what really motivates me is what they represent. Behind every set of figures is a business with people, ambitions, and potential. I enjoy getting under the skin of that.

Helping business owners achieve their goals, whether that’s growth, stability, or preparing for the future, is incredibly rewarding. There’s nothing better than working closely with a team, understanding what drives them, and helping turn their ambitions into reality.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I’ve supported businesses at many different stages of their journey, from helping restructure and stabilise companies navigating challenging economic conditions, through to advising fast-growing organisations scaling at pace.

I’m particularly energised by working with high-growth businesses. Supporting some of the UK’s fastest-growing companies has given me deep insight into the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid expansion, from strengthening financial foundations to helping leadership teams make confident strategic decisions.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

As a lifelong Cincinnati Bengals fan, seeing them win the Super Bowl is definitely up there, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Outside of that, my biggest priority is my family. I have three young daughters, and we’re already talking about all the places we want to explore together once they’ve finished school. Travelling the world as a family and creating those shared experiences is something I’m really looking forward to.
