Hey, I’m Mollie – a Talent Acquisition Partner here at Cooper Parry.

I focus on hiring for our Tax and Deals teams across all CP hubs, supporting roles up to Manager level. That includes everything from Business Tax, R&D/Innovation, VAT and Private Client, to Equity Reward – and everything in between.

Before joining CP, I spent over three years in agency recruitment, so I understand how important it is to find the right fit – for both the role and the person. I’m passionate about creating great candidate experiences and helping people find careers they love.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me out on long walks with my beautiful rescue dog, Nia (our routes often end at the pub – no complaints there!). I also love spending time with family, watching movies, and heading off on holidays with my other half.
