What do you do?

I’m all about supporting clients through complex financial transactions and helping teams navigate the challenges of corporate finance. My work centres on managing M&A deals, leading projects from start to finish, and providing expert advice to ensure seamless outcomes. I thrive on bringing clarity to intricate situations, whether it’s advising on valuations, buy and sell side processes, or guiding private equity fundraising efforts. As someone with a background in both audit and innovation, I pride myself on my technical expertise and my ability to solve problems, making sure clients and colleagues get the right support at every stage. 

Why do you do it?

The real motivation comes from working alongside talented people and making a genuine impact—whether that’s helping a business achieve a successful transaction or supporting a team’s growth. I’m passionate about using my experience to deliver results and add value for our clients, and I take great satisfaction in tackling complex challenges and seeing our solutions make a difference. Building strong relationships and driving innovative approaches in finance keeps me energised, and I’m committed to helping others succeed in this fast-paced environment. 

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I’ve worked on a wide range of projects, from managing financial due diligence assignments and supporting clients with interim financial controller roles, to leading M&A transactions for both large corporates and SMEs in the energy sector. My experience spans buy and sell side support, valuations, private equity fundraising, and developing new methodologies to tackle emerging challenges in finance. I’ve also played a pivotal role in building out our corporate finance offering, working internationally to deliver integrated solutions for our clients. 

What’s on top of your bucket list?

I love travelling and football, so combining them to travel the world and attend some of the biggest derbies in the world is an ongoing bucket list item of mine – last year I went to the Seville derby which has been my favourite so far!
