What do you do?

I am an associate partner in the audit team. I predominantly work with charities and schools basically checking their finances are in order and that everything’s being run properly.

Why do you do it?

I fell into accountancy because my dad is an accountant. The firm I trained with pushed you down the audit route so that is what I have always done. I love working with charities and schools because it feels more worthwhile, what they do actually matters so I feel like I am helping.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I like getting involved with charity fundraisers and volunteering to give a bit back.

What’s top of your bucket list?

A Canadian adventure with my family – lakes, mountains and a bit of luxury.
