I help clients navigate the often complex world of data protection, privacy, and compliance. Passionate about privacy, I focus on bridging the gap between technical requirements and practical, real-world implementation, ensuring compliance is not only achievable but also sustainable.

WHY DO YOU DO IT?

My career began in finance, where I was involved in several high impact risk management projects. It was during this time that I discovered my interest in data protection and privacy. The challenge and importance of safeguarding information inspired me to retrain and transition fully into this field. I haven’t looked back since, I genuinely enjoy the intricacies of privacy management and get a real buzz from helping clients meet their regulatory obligations with confidence

WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS DO YOU GET INVOLVED IN?

Over the years, I’ve contributed to a wide range of projects. One highlight was designing and delivering an interactive GDPR training programme using green screen technology. It was not only innovative and engaging for the client’s team, but also great fun to create (and yes, I did feel a bit like a weather presenter!). Projects like this allow me to combine creativity with compliance, making complex topics more accessible and memorable.

WHATS ON TOP OF YOUR BUCKET LIST?

Outside of work, I’ve always dreamed of staying in a glass igloo in Lapland, watching the Northern Lights, a magical experience I still hope to fulfil someday. In 2025, however, I was lucky enough to realise another lifelong ambition: winning the Agria Breeders competition at Crufts with my incredible team of Iris addition Bearded Collies.
