Let’s talk today
Want us to call you? Let’s start a conversation!
What do you do?
I help CFOs, CEOs and CIOs work out what AI means for their business not the hype version, the real one. That usually starts with cutting through the noise: where’s the genuine opportunity, where’s the risk, and what’s realistic given your systems, your data and your people. Then I lead the team that turns that thinking into something that sticks, the implementation with governance, the operating model and the organisational design so AI moves from a slide someone presented once to something that’s actually running in the business.
WhY do you do IT?
Honestly? Because most leadership teams are being sold complexity when what they actually need is clarity. AI is the biggest shift in business I’ve seen in 20 years in tech, and I’d rather be the person in the room asking “what problem are we actually solving?” than adding to the noise. I never had the tidy career plan. What I’ve always had is curiosity, the willingness to ask questions instead of assuming I already know the answer. That’s what took me from BT to the Financial Times and Barclays, and it’s exactly what CFOs need in an AI advisor: someone who’s genuinely curious about their business, not just their budget.
Do I love working at CP? Yes because we say what we mean, we don’t hide behind jargon, and we’re not afraid to tell a CFO something they don’t want to hear if it’s true. That’s rarer than it should be in this industry.
WhAT KINDS OF PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN?
Before CP, I led Global teams delivering Technology transformation in regulated, high-stakes environments where “we’ll figure it out as we go” isn’t an option. That’s where I learned how to turn ambitious visions into outcomes that are measurable, scalable and actually built to last, across AI, Cloud and Cybersecurity.
At CP Digital, I work mainly with CFOs and PE/VC investors, clearing the fog with two things: an AI strategy grounded in what the business actually needs, and a roadmap that says exactly who does what, by when and then implementing it. No 40-page vision decks that nobody reads twice. The win for clients is confidence, they stop guessing with AI and start making decisions about it, backed by a plan and results they can defend to their board.
WhAT’S ON TOP OF YOUR BUCKET LIST?
Shadowing Fei-Fei Li for a day. She built world-class AI research, opened up machine learning to the world through ImageNet, and never once lost sight of the human being on the other end of the technology. A day in her world would be humbling.
Close second: After getting a taste for snorkeling in Cozumel in Mexico I’d love to snorkel the Great Barrier reef, the depth of the sea life is mesmerising!
