What do you do?

I do advisory for the property and private equity sectors, assisting with transactions and becoming their financial partner.

Why do you do it?

I did kind of fall into accountancy, but I have positioned myself where I currently am as I genuinely enjoy helping clients and have a near-good understanding of the areas that I advise in.

I have very good knowledge in these specific areas and like to be client-facing, as I feel a sense of pride in helping those clients.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I have worked on a number of very good projects around private equity/funds. Assisting in setting them up and the acquisition of properties. This is largely based on property funds, both onshore and offshore.

I have helped property funds acquire companies with property and operating companies – With the assistance of steps plans, funds flow analysis and NAV calculations.

To complete a full Ironman.
