WHAT DO YOU DO?
I focus on the financial aspects of a transaction, helping businesses and individuals who are looking to buy or sell a company or raise funds for future growth. In practice, that means getting under the skin of a business, understanding how it really performs, and helping clients make informed decisions at key moments.
WHY DO YOU DO IT?
I enjoy working across a wide range of sectors and business models, which means no two projects are ever the same. I particularly enjoy meeting new clients and seeing how different businesses grow and evolve. The variety and the people are what keep the job interesting.
WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN?
I work on both buy‑side and sell‑side engagements across a broad range of deal sizes. I’ve supported clients in multiple sectors, with recent experience focused on testing, inspection, certification, and compliance. My role typically involves helping clients understand the underlying financial drivers of a deal, identifying key risks and opportunities, and providing insights that support smoother negotiations and better outcomes.
WHAT’S ON TOP OF YOUR BUCKET LIST?
It changes all the time, but I’m a big fan of travelling to niche European cities – Plovdiv is next on the list.
