WHY DO YOU DO IT?
Having started my M&A career doing a range of buyside roles on Private Equity deals, I found I particularly enjoyed the interactions that come from working alongside the management teams in the business itself.  Focusing solely on management advice puts us at the heart of the deal creating very personal relationships with the senior execs and gives us the opportunity to work across a huge range of sectors, geographies and deal types and sizes.   

WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN?
I’ve advised hundreds of clients over 20+ years from first time small buyouts to multi-billion later stage deals.  Working with clients on repeat transactions as they grow their businesses and seeing the life changing rewards that flow to the people who deserve it the most – the actual folks running the business, is very satisfying.

Not much, really – simple tastes…
