I support the Cooper Parry Law team, working with a varied client base of owner managed and entrepreneurial businesses, advising on matters including corporate transactions, restructurings and share schemes. 

WHY DO YOU DO IT?

I joined the CP Law team in 2024 as a paralegal and I was grateful to receive a training contract offer with the firm, which has allowed me to continue developing my skills and progress towards qualification as a solicitor. 

WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN?

I have had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects, from smaller-scale matters to large and complex transactions. This experience has given me insight into the significant impact our work can have on individuals and businesses of all types.
