In Transaction Services, we help businesses understand the financial aspects of a transaction by carrying out detailed analysis of the numbers, enabling clients to make confident, informed decisions.

WHY DO YOU DO IT?

I enjoy working with data and turning something complex into something clear and useful. Every project is different, which keeps things interesting – new businesses, new challenges, and new people to work with. It’s rewarding to know that what we do can really add value, helping clients feel secure about their deal. Plus, Cooper Parry is an amazing place to work – the culture, the benefits, and the opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues!

WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN?

So far, most of my work has been on buy-side due diligence. I’ve worked across a range of sectors including retail, healthcare, construction, hospitality and facilities management. Each project brings its own challenges and learning opportunities, and I love that variety.

WHATS ON TOP OF YOUR BUCKET?

I’d love to visit Iceland to see the Northern Lights and walk the bridge between continents – hopefully something I can tick off in the next few years!
