What do you do?

I work in Wealth, supporting relationship managers and their clients. I help manage client relationships, process account requests, resolve issues, prepare documentation, and ensure clients receive excellent service while their financial goals and investments are being managed.

WhY do you do IT?

I’ve always enjoyed interacting with new people, building relationships and solving problems so felt like this would be a good fit for me. Clients are trusting us with important financial decisions, so it’s rewarding to provide support, solve problems, and ensuring they have a positive experience. I also enjoy the variety of the role and working closely with the relationship managers and different teams to help clients achieve their financial goals.

WhAT KINDS OF PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN?

I’m looking to get involved in any projects which can improve the client experiences, operational processes and implementing new initiatives to ensure the best possible service.

WhAT’S ON TOP OF YOUR BUCKET LIST? 

I love travelling and have been fortunate enough to visit many different places and experience a variety of cultures. However, South America is still high on my bucket list, particularly Peru and Brazil.
