“Audit went well considering that it was the first year and the team were really great and we built a great rapport. There were a number of issues with the first year audit causing it to over run. I would give 4.5 stars and the only reason it is not 5 stars is due to overrun cost and the strength in reasoning behind it.”
“Good planning process, incorporating lessons learned from first audit to improve current year audit. Inflo is an excellent tool which is easy to use and ensures that we can track progress against requests and provides analytic on audit progress. When we are closer to the final stages of the audit diarising regular short calls to ensure that we are aligned on requirements and any outstanding points might be helpful. “
“In general the audit went OK, I believe we got information to the team quicker this year compared to prior years. Communication from CP could have been better in our opinion.”

“The recent work completed for us in relation helping us adhere to an urgent SPA requirement with short notice and very tight timescale was outstanding. Based on this experience alone I would have score 5 stars. I’ve only put 4 stars because the overall group audit process this year hasn’t felt as slick as it could have been. Whilst elements of this could have been better from our input, generally there feels like there has been a slight lack of organisation in terms of having CP resource to review request submissions and as such items that could have been ticked off quite quickly have taken time to resolve.”
