The only frustration was that it was essentially a completely new audit team. I appreciate these things can’t be helped, but it did mean more work for our team to help get them up to speed on the business – they probably could have leveraged last year’s file a bit better in this regard.”

“Our answer hopefully would be 5 Stars, but at present CPW are in the process of transferring all our business from CPW/Transact to CP Accelerate and we are confused by a combination of numerous incomprehensible letters from Transact and confusing figures of our Trust and Portfolio Values we can see on line which never reconcile with our understanding of our total asset value prior to the transfer process starting. Until our entire Portfolio is Transferred we are unable to understand the work in process which is costing us a lot in fees. CPW send reassuring emails to us, but until the entire process is complete and following provision of an Accelerate App for our iPhones and iPad where we should be able to see a reconciled total valuation figure with which we agree, we cannot be satisfied.”
