“Audit and tax compliance = refreshingly simple, strong relationships through the team (a partially new team). R&D advisory = good end result but billing issues. Failure to pick up the phone and focus on the Cx. Personal tax advisory = some issues this year, dealt with quickly and effectively by Suki 🙂 Overall, focus on being different and do what you say you do. Don’t just have it as a marketing gimmick!”
