“Dealing with Marie and team on the wealth side is just great and very happy indeed and my wife and feel that we’re getting the best advice and looked after. Also great feedback and service for corporate and personal tax but worth mentioning that the time to reply is most often several days to a week later from all involved on these two service offerings. This isn’t how I’ve run my business in the past and customer facing staff would always reply within 24 to 48h to clients. I think this is important for true customer trust and the feeling that one is cared for. Maybe just a personal opinion but the slow response time is noticed. I imagine this is either due to the staff being too stretched and/or the unlimited holiday offered is having the effect.”
