“4/5, feel out of 5 is a bit restrictive. 5/5 is, in my opinion, cannot do any better. I don’t think we are quite there yet. But 4/5 is possibly a little harsh, but there is no half stars. Cannot complain overly of the people, but we had requests for the same information from numerous sources and these had been loaded up to Teams already. Which just frustrates, but its a strange time at the moment. But the going back and forth on it, frustrates.”
