The follow up after meetings can be slower / more patchy than it could be eg uploading of presentations into app, move of offshore bond monies into cash. But then again perhaps I did not listen properly and they had told me that it would take c1 month, etc..! Two ears and one mouth and all that…
Very much like the team who supports us and they have been v good with our kids as well as us. Ben follows up with pithy action oriented emails which are helpful and which we can follow up on eg rental/pension advice. And the team is super responsive and thoughtful at all times.”
