“I feel the quality of service received has varied depending on the nature of the work. The tax computations and R&D tax credit service has been very good whereas the preparation of our statutory accounts did not go smoothly. I was expecting to receive a “polished” set of statutory accounts for our two companies however I had to point out a number of issues that needed correcting/amending. This made the process frustrating and time consuming and the initially agreed deadline was not met.”

There is a good understanding of our business and requirements and confidence that we will be able to meet our required filing deadlines. “R&D Claim: Our expectations were exceeded, particularly given the very tight timescales and we were not always to respond as quickly as we would have liked ourselves but the tone and professionalism was always proactive, persistent and positive. We have no definite plans for the additional cash as yet as it was not an income we budgeted for. Initially it will provide additional cash headroom and it may also provide a chance to award our staff an extra % at our year end.”
