Good relationships, positive feedback and being understanding of impact of other work etc. Although this had to be done remotely, the process would benefit from face to face and discussions to explain the unique context of our organisation and funding streams.

This year was first audit using Teams and seemed to work well and due to security measures put in place re access to the area it meant we were able to upload confidential items with confidence. Re improvements – if continue to use Teams perhaps folders with audit area for each section so that documents/uploads are not all in same area as can lose track of what is in there.”
