“Communication: A recent issue happened whereby we could not reach anyone regarding taxes. With 2 Partners and several others in the email string, I would have expected someone to reply. Seems there was an issue on CP side of receiving emails.”

It would be great to have more customised set of services that we can receive, for example a fix fee for VAT or Tax consultations, or seminars in relation to Tax changes, or Accounting regulations changes etc.”

“R&D Claim: Extremely smooth process and excellent knowledge of our R&D projects within the Cooper Parry team. Friendly yet professional approach. Reporting schedules straightforward to complete. I imagine the additional cash will allow investment in further R&D projects.”
