Key challenges included limited real‑time visibility of performance, manual and time‑consuming Order‑to‑Cash processes, lengthy month‑end close cycles, and reliance on Excel‑based consolidation for management reporting. Compusoft partnered with Cooper Parry Digital to implement NetSuite using the SuiteSuccess methodology, enhanced with customisations to meet the scale and complexity of its global operations. The solution was delivered in nine months, with phased go‑lives and a pilot rollout to ensure a smooth transition across all subsidiaries.
