PROBLEM

Following the merger of Artesian Solutions and DueDil, FullCircl faced significant operational and technical challenges as it transitioned into a single organisation. The newly formed business needed to consolidate teams, systems, data, and processes without disrupting daily operations or slowing growth.

Key challenges included:

  • Platform Integration
FullCircl required expert guidance to integrate its Customer Lifecycle Intelligence (CLI) platform with Salesforce CRM, ensuring the technology supported both current and future business goals.
  • Complex Data Migration
Each legacy company operated its own Salesforce instance, with different data structures, metadata, and governance. Without careful planning, migration risks included data loss, duplication, and reporting inaccuracies.
  • Siloed Data & Limited Visibility
Multiple Salesforce environments created data silos, resulting in operational delays and inefficiencies in lead, opportunity, and account management.
  • Divergent Sales Processes
Both organisations had distinct sales methodologies. Aligning stakeholders and creating a single, scalable sales process was essential to drive consistent performance and user adoption across the new business.

SOLUTION

Cooper Parry Digital partnered with FullCircl to deliver a structured Salesforce transformation programme focused on consolidation, automation, and scalability.

Key elements of the solution included:

  • Sales Process Alignment
Cooper Parry Digital provided strategic consulting to harmonise sales processes across teams. Leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud, a single, streamlined sales journey was implemented to support consistency, governance, and performance.
  • Salesforce Org Consolidation & Data Unification
Two Salesforce instances were successfully migrated into one unified org. This created a single customer record and delivered a 360-degree customer view, enabling better decision-making and cross-team collaboration.
  • Secure & Accurate Data Migration
A full metadata review ensured alignment before migration. Data deduplication, validation, and cleansing were carried out to deliver a smooth, low-risk transition with no disruption to business operations.
  • Advanced Quoting & Sales Governance
Using declarative Salesforce functionality, Cooper Parry Digital implemented multi-year quoting, pricing validation rules, and approval processes to manage complex commercial structures and improve opportunity governance.
  • Sales Automation & Efficiency Gains
    Salesforce automation was introduced to:

    • Automatically generate renewal opportunities
    • Notify opportunity owners at key milestones
    • Create recurring tasks aligned to the sales cycle

This significantly reduced manual administration and improved sales productivity.

  • CLI Platform Integration
Cooper Parry Digital built a scalable API integration between Salesforce and FullCircl’s CLI platform, ensuring enriched, up-to-date customer data was available directly within Salesforce for reporting and insight generation.

VALUE ADDED

The Salesforce transformation delivered immediate and long-term value to FullCircl:

  • Unified Salesforce Environment
One fully optimised Salesforce org supporting the entire business post-merger.
  • Single Source of Truth
A consolidated customer dataset providing accurate, real-time insights across sales and operations.
  • Improved Sales Efficiency
Automated renewals, tasks, and governance reduced manual effort and improved pipeline control.
  • Future-Proof Platform Architecture
Scalable, secure integrations that support FullCircl’s ongoing growth and product innovation.
  • Enhanced Reporting & Decision-Making
Standardised metrics and enriched data enabled more insightful reporting and confident decision-making.

By delivering a stable Salesforce foundation and aligning people, processes, and technology, Cooper Parry Digital enabled FullCircl to operate as one unified, growth-ready organisation.
