PROBLEM
We had some very inefficient processes, taking timesheet information from one system and passing across to others to enable us to pay our interims accurately and also to bill our customers. It’s a highly manual process that would take around 5 – 7 hours per week where accuracy is key, so a lot of time was spend double checking that everything was coming across.
SOLUTION
The team at Cooper Parry Digital developed a UiPath bot which takes away all of that manual process of the moving from A to B to C. This was something that they were able to deliver remotely.

Not as much time is spent with manual checking, making a significant difference to month end and weekly billing. Our month end processes have sped up and we’re assured that it’ll be accurate the first time around so we can spend out time doing other things.
