David founded Ferguson Whisky Limited in 2023 after over a decade in the Scotch whisky industry, holding international sales and finance roles with Bruichladdich and Isle of Arran. His whisky expertise, strong industry network and focus on exceptional service shape the company’s unique whisky investment offering.
Well-connected at senior levels across major distillers including Edrington, Diageo and William Grant & Sons, David secures access to new fill and aged spirits powering the company’s Whisky Experiences, Bulk Sales, and Branded Sales. Based in Glasgow, he also has deep family roots on Islay, maintaining close ties to the island’s whisky community.

Joseph O’Raw
COO, Ferguson Whisky
Joseph O’Raw is the Chief Operating Officer at Ferguson Whisky, joining the company in January 2026 to support its next phase of growth and upcoming releases.
With an extensive background in finance and a reputation for strategic leadership and a hands-on operational approach, Joseph is helping Ferguson gear up for another milestone year across the whisky calendar.
