Yorkshire is buzzing. It’s got ambitious businesses, fast-growing sectors, and is a hotbed for talent. It’s exactly why we’re investing heavily in the region and building a team of next gen advisers that can genuinely stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the brilliant companies based here.
Since launching in the region in Autumn 2025, we’ve already welcomed three senior partners to our Leeds office. Each brings deep experience from Big 4 firms and a shared belief in doing things differently. Liz Ross-Jones, Chulanga “CJ” Jayawardana and I have joined forces to grow CP’s footprint across Yorkshire and the North. Between us we bring expertise across audit, transaction services and specialist sectors including food and beverage, manufacturing and highgrowth, founder-led businesses.
And we’re not stopping there. A new Tax Partner and a Tax Director are joining soon. A Transaction Services Manager has also recently joined the team, with more conversations already underway. The momentum is real and we’re only just getting started.
