Last week we officially opened the doors to our brand-new Northern Ireland offices at Linen Green.
It’s a fantastic space that genuinely changes how we work together. Enabling better collaboration, keeping the Northern Ireland team fully connected with colleagues across the UK, and most importantly delivers a better experience for our clients.
This isn’t the end of the story when it comes to our growth in Northern Ireland. Our Belfast office space is due to open later this summer, making us even more accessible to clients right across the region.
Located on the outskirts of Dungannon, Linen Green is an upmarket retail village set within a striking former linen mill, blending heritage with modern design. The 9,161sq ft, two‑floor space had stood empty for several years. It’s now been transformed into a light‑filled, high tech open-plan workplace.

Since day one when CavanaghKelly joined CP we’ve had plans to invest in a workspace that truly reflects our progressive culture and client first approach. The whole team has relocated from our former offices on Northland Row in Dungannon into a significantly larger, open plan environment that is purpose built for the future of work.
As with our other hubs in Manchester, London, Reading and Birmingham, the fit out was delivered by Office Principles. The result is a modern warehouse style space that is light, airy unmistakably CP.
Designed to bring people together, the ground floor features a series of tech enabled meeting rooms with names inspired by Northern Ireland’s landscape and heritage:
- Neagh Nook, a nod to Lough Neagh
- The Linen Room, reflecting Northern Ireland’s global legacy in linen production
- Sperrin, inspired by the Sperrin Mountains
- The Extra Yard, celebrating the extra effort that makes the difference
On the first floor, a further suite of meeting rooms is geared towards growth and ambition, including Engine Room, Frontier, Accelerator, and Vision. An open plan kitchen and social space sits at the heart of the floor, providing a welcoming hub for teams to connect and collaborate.
Designed around an open plan, no designated desk approach, the new office is home to around 90 CPers. The space has been purpose built to encourage collaborative working while keeping teams seamlessly connected with colleagues across the wider CP group.
The opening underlines our commitment to investing in Northern Ireland, creating outstanding workplaces. Building a next gen professional services business designed for what clients need next, not what they needed yesterday.
